Shipping
All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse, and a further 2-5 business days for deliveries to metropolitan areas. For regional areas, please allow 3-6 days for delivery.

For International deliveries please allow 6-10 days from dispatch
Our packing team operates during business hours Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and NSW public holidays.


Returns and Exchanges
1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund on the following basis:

2. Email us within 7 days of receiving your purchase: shop@frostcollective.com.au

3. Return your purchase to us within 30 days of receiving it. Make sure it’s in a new, unused and re sellable condition. Please include a copy of your receipt.

4. We only refund items purchased through frostshop.au

5. The cost of returning your purchase to us is at your expense.

6. Please take good care to ensure that all glassware is adequately protected in
your return delivery package. We cannot refund broken items.

7. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive returns that meet these requirements.

8. If your purchase is damaged in transit prior to you receiving it, please photograph the package and contents and notify us within 48 hours at: shop@frostcollective.com.au
We will follow up with Auspost.
